HOTEL DESCRIPTION
The Hilo Bay Hotel is a tourist-class, oceanfront, resort hotel located just under three mile from General Lyman Airport. This resort has been owned and operated by a native Hawaiian family for over 30 years. The Hlio Bay Hotel offers a traditional Hawaiian décor, full service hotel amenities, and island-style hospitality at affordable rates. The famous Black Sand Beach is only a mile away, as is a snorkel/dive center and hiking. This is the perfect base camp from where to immerse one's self in the culture and wonders of east Hawaii. A golf course is adjacent to the resort, as well.
The guest rooms are all equipped with individual climate control, and the standard bed configuration is two double beds. All of the guest rooms have full window walls with sliding glass doors, which open to full private balconies and patios. The Hilo Bay Hotel is convenient to attractions, recreation and nature areas.
